Work With Lawn Peeps
Lawn Peeps partners with experienced independent lawn-care contractors to provide dependable residential mowing services throughout the communities we serve.
Approved contractors can view available mowing jobs, see the amount each job pays, accept jobs in the areas they cover, schedule service within the required service window, and manage their work through the Lawn Peeps Contractor Portal.
Contractor Requirements
Applicants must:
- Have at least two years of residential lawn-mowing experience
- Own and maintain the equipment needed to complete accepted jobs
- Have reliable transportation
- Be able to mow, edge, trim, and blow clippings from concrete surfaces
- Have a smartphone capable of accessing the Lawn Peeps portal and uploading photographs
- Provide dependable and professional customer service
- Complete work within the required service window
- Upload clear before-and-after photographs for every completed job
- Follow Lawn Peeps service standards and property instructions
Contractor Responsibilities
Independent contractors are responsible for:
- All vehicle expenses
- Equipment purchases and maintenance
- Fuel
- Blades, trimmer line, bags, and other supplies
- Transportation to and from service locations
- Scheduling accepted jobs
- Completing jobs by the service deadline
- Properly securing gates after service
- Following customer access and property instructions
- Reporting delays, access problems, damage, or safety concerns
- Maintaining any required licenses, insurance, and tax documentation
