When you make a payment, payment card data is handled securely by our payment processor, Square. Lawn Peeps does not store full card numbers on its own systems.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as device type and approximate location, when you use our website or customer portal.

We use your information to schedule and perform lawn care and property services, communicate about your appointments, prepare invoices and process payments, send service reminders and notifications you've agreed to receive, and improve the quality of our service.

With your consent, we may send promotional emails or text messages. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time from your portal preferences or by replying STOP to any text.

We may send you service reminders, scheduling updates, and billing notifications by email and SMS based on the consent preferences you set in your account. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

You can update or withdraw your consent for emails and text messages at any time in your notification preferences, or by contacting us.

We share information only as needed to operate our business: with our payment processor (Square), our texting provider (Twilio), our email delivery provider, and the crew members assigned to your property.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Lawn Peeps and our customers.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide services, fulfill contracts, and meet legal obligations. Service records and photos may be retained after your account closes for record-keeping and dispute resolution.

You can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information from your customer portal or by contacting us. Residents of certain states may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

To protect your security, we may ask you to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
