These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Lawn Peeps website, customer portal, and lawn care and property services (the "Services"). By requesting service, creating an account, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Lawn Peeps is a registered trade name providing professional lawn care and property-improvement services in the Greater New Orleans area. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Lawn Peeps.

We will perform the services described in your service contract or service request at the scheduled times and property address on file. Service frequency, pricing, and scope are defined in your contract or estimate.

Weather, access, or safety conditions may require us to reschedule a visit. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you and reschedule promptly.

You agree to provide safe access to your property, including gate codes and pet or hazard information. Please secure pets and remove obstacles before each visit.

You are responsible for accurate property information. Lawn Peeps is not liable for damage caused by undisclosed hazards, unmarked sprinklers, underground lines, or items left in the service area.

Recurring plans use level monthly billing as described in your contract. One-time services are billed per estimate. Invoices are due by the date shown on each invoice.

Payments are processed securely through Square. By making a payment, you authorize the charge and agree to Square's applicable terms for card and ACH transactions.

Past-due balances may accrue late fees where permitted by law. We may pause or suspend services for accounts significantly past due.

By providing your mobile number and consenting to text messages, you agree to receive service-related SMS notifications from Lawn Peeps, including appointment reminders, scheduling updates, crew arrival notices, and billing alerts. Message frequency varies based on your service schedule and account activity.

Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any message or data charges billed by your mobile carrier.

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, updating your notification preferences in the customer portal, or contacting us. Replying HELP will provide support information. Opting out of SMS does not cancel your service or affect email notifications.

We do not send marketing SMS messages without your separate express consent. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Lawn Peeps is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages caused by carrier limitations, device issues, or service outages.

We may send you service and account emails based on your consent preferences. You can manage email preferences in your portal or by contacting us.

We take before-and-after photos of most jobs for quality and record-keeping. Photos may be used internally and, with your permission, for marketing. You may request that photos of your property not be used for marketing at any time.

You may cancel recurring service with reasonable notice as described in your contract. Refunds, where applicable, are issued per our refund policy and processed back to the original payment method.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lawn Peeps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, provide notice in the portal or by email. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
